For over a decade, I have worked on offering to the public a set of exercises to help us find ways to overcome divisive rhetoric, to find common ground as human beings.

The last several years have been so hard... one thing after another seems to amp up so much fear and anxiety. It's time for us to redirect the anxiety into actionable change.
